This two-bedroom furnished cottage-style house is located on a dead-end street and has an extra lot covered with lawn and red alders. The home is three blocks from the bay and four miles to Charleston just inside the bar where fishing boats of all sorts and the pilot boats Coos Bay and North Bend are often harbored. It is a ten-minute drive away from the hospital and clinics in Coos Bay and the cottage would be a comfortable and peaceful temporary home for traveling doctors and other health care providers. $1035 per month or $295 per week for up to two people. No pets or smoking.

The house is supplied with washer, dryer, new microwave, newer range and refrigerator, coffemaker and toaster, plus a small library which includes local history books. Cooking utensils and household linens are also furnished.
